You will take ownership of the design, implementation, and evolution of a sophisticated, data-intensive software platform. Working across backend, frontend, and data layers, you will guide engineering teams, make critical technical decisions, and ensure scalable, high-quality solutions are delivered. This role blends deep technical expertise with leadership, requiring active contribution to code, architecture, and mentorship.

You will collaborate closely with enterprise architects, infrastructure teams, and broader technical stakeholders to align solutions with business goals. What You’ll Do

• Design and lead scalable system architecture across backend, frontend, and data layers
• Guide and mentor a team of developers across multiple disciplines
• Build and review Java and Spring Boot microservices
• Oversee SQL database design and data-intensive workflows
• Contribute to frontend direction across Angular and/or React
• Engage with enterprise architects and technical stakeholders
• Drive technical decision-making and take ownership of outcomes
• Contribute hands-on to complex solution design and implementation

What You Bring

• 15+ years of software development experience
• Strong expertise in Java and Spring Boot microservices
• Solid SQL and database design experience
• Working knowledge of Angular and/or React
• Proven experience in a Technical Lead or Solutions Architect role
• Experience in product-based technology environments
• Exposure to financial systems, asset management, or reporting platforms
• Strong understanding of complex data and calculation-heavy systems
