The Solution Architect is responsible for designing, governing, and evolving the overall architecture of complex software systems. The architect plays a critical leadership role, bridging business strategy and technical execution while guiding delivery teams through complex implementation challenges.

Required Skills & Experience

• Extensive experience as a Solution Architect / Software Architect in complex environments
  

• Strong expertise in:
  

  • Distributed systems and microservices architecture
    

  • Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
    

  • Integration patterns (APIs, event-driven architectures)
    

  • Security, performance, and scalability design
    

• Proven experience establishing architecture governance and standards
  

• Ability to balance strategic vision with practical delivery
  

• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  

• Architecture certifications (e.g. TOGAF, AWS/Azure Architect)
  

• Experience in large-scale digital transformation programmes
  

• Background in DevOps, CI/CD, or cloud-native platforms
