International Sales Manager – Luxury Property Group Salary: Highly competitive, negotiable DOE Kendrick Recruitment is seeking a dynamic and results-driven International Sales Manager to join a prestigious luxury property group. This senior role requires a proven sales professional with experience in luxury travel and hospitality, capable of driving revenue growth, building strong client relationships, and representing the brand on a global stage. Key Responsibilities Revenue Generation & Strategic Focus Pursue and exceed sales targets for both bed and DMC sales Drive revenue, profitability, and sales growth through innovative strategies Prepare and deliver tailored proposals and presentations Ensure thorough follow-up to secure and close deals Sales Management & Development Develop and implement effective action plans to penetrate identified markets Lead and mentor market Sales Teams to enhance performance and communication Provide timely feedback, training support, and performance insights Maintain strong relationships with key clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business Brand Representation & Negotiation Represent the brand at international sales and trade show events Develop a detailed understanding of marketing drivers influencing revenue Negotiate and secure new business opportunities in line with brand positioning Maintain and enhance the corporate image and reputation Finance & Reporting Manage sales expenses within budget guidelines Monitor activity standards including prospecting, presentations, proposals, and reporting Support accurate financial and sales reporting processes General & Compliance Adhere to company policies, procedures, and codes of ethics Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety policies Promote teamwork, cooperation, and cross-departmental collaboration Experience & Skills Required Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a luxury travel or hospitality environment At least 2 years of proven Sales Management experience Degree or diploma in Sales, Marketing, or a related field (preferred) Demonstrated track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets Strong knowledge of luxury tourism products and Africa DMC services (advantageous) Exposure to international sales management, digital transformation, and e-commerce practices (advantageous) Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills Extensive experience in Supplier Relationship Management Flexibility to travel extensively and work within a global team Personal Attributes Highly motivated, strategic, and results-driven Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics Professional and confident, with the ability to represent a luxury brand at the highest level Collaborative and supportive leader, able to mentor and inspire teams This is an outstanding opportunity for an ambitious sales leader to join a globally recognised luxury property group and contribute to the growth and success of its international operations.
