Job Summary
Position Overview
This role focuses on service, maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, and commissioning of industrial refrigeration systems. Candidates must have strong
hands-on technical experience working in industrial environments. Suitable candidates will have exposure to cold storage facilities, food processing plants,
blast freezing systems, and similar industrial refrigeration applications.
Minimum Requirements
• Proven experience in industrial refrigeration service and maintenance
• Experience with Freon and/or ammonia refrigeration systems
• Strong fault-finding and troubleshooting skills
• Experience in commissioning and repair work
• Understanding of industrial safety standards
• Ability to work independently and respond to site callouts
• Driver’s license
• Willingness to travel
Key Responsibilities
• Perform preventative and reactive maintenance on refrigeration systems
• Diagnose and repair refrigeration faults
• Carry out commissioning and testing of equipment
• Service Freon and ammonia-based systems
• Respond to breakdowns and emergency callouts
• Prepare service reports and technical feedback
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and procedures

• Industrial cold rooms and cold storage systems
• Blast freezers
• Food processing refrigeration
• Ammonia refrigeration systems
• Freon-based industrial systems
• Refrigeration controls and troubleshooting
