Wild Impact Foundation Trust is seeking a dynamic Specialist to drive fundraising growth and establish strategic donor relationships that support health, education, and conservation initiatives across Southern Africa and beyond. This role is ideal for a highly connected fundraising professional with a proven track record of securing significant donor funding and building long-term partnerships within the South African development sector. The successful candidate will work closely with executive leadership, programme teams, communications specialists, and financial management teams to translate meaningful impact into compelling donor opportunities. The position offers the opportunity to contribute directly to projects supporting primary healthcare facilities, early childhood development centres, primary schools, and secondary schools across Wild Impact partner communities. Job Requirements Bachelor's or Honours Degree in a relevant field Minimum 5 years' experience in grant writing, proposal development, and Fundraising Proven ability to secure significant donor funding Established donor and Partnerships network within South Africa Experience managing donor relationships and stakeholder engagement Strong understanding of the health, education, and Conservation sectors Excellent project management and cross-functional collaboration skills Strong financial literacy and budget management experience Experience developing Theories of Change, Log Frames, and Monitoring & Evaluation frameworks Excellent communication, presentation, and report-writing skills Advanced Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams proficiency Ability to travel extensively throughout South Africa Strong organisational, analytical, and leadership abilities Passion for community development and environmental sustainability Package Market-related salary package Sandton office-based position Opportunity to work with a leading international conservation organisation Extensive exposure to donor, corporate, and philanthropic networks Professional growth and development opportunities Travel opportunities across South Africa Meaningful contribution to conservation and community impact initiatives Start Date: As Soon As Possible
