Salary: Negotiable, DOE Kendrick Recruitment is recruiting on behalf of a luxury property group with a strong conservation and community focus for an experienced and passionate Digital Fundraiser to join their Sandton-based team. The successful candidate will drive online fundraising growth through compelling campaigns, meaningful donor journeys, and data-led engagement strategies — helping secure sustainable funding for conservation and community initiatives across multiple landscapes. ? The Role The Digital Fundraiser will be responsible for developing and delivering impactful digital fundraising campaigns across email, social media, websites, and third-party platforms. Working closely with communications, programmes, partnerships, and finance teams, this role plays a critical part in expanding the digital donor base and increasing online giving. ? Key Responsibilities Strategic Planning • Develop and implement a comprehensive digital fundraising strategy • Identify trends, opportunities, and challenges within the digital fundraising space • Set and track KPIs aligned to organisational goals and impact vision Campaign Management • Plan, launch, manage, and optimise multi-channel digital fundraising campaigns • Oversee compelling, culturally relevant content creation • Monitor performance, analyse data, and provide insights to inform future campaigns Donor Engagement • Build and nurture strong online donor relationships • Use data-driven insights to segment audiences and personalise donor journeys • Improve donor retention and long-term engagement Partnership Development • Identify and manage partnerships with digital platforms, influencers, and organisations • Collaborate across teams to integrate fundraising into wider campaigns Budget & Compliance • Manage digital fundraising budgets and maximise return on investment • Ensure compliance with policies relating to data protection, confidentiality, and funding sources ? Candidate Requirements • Relevant qualification in digital marketing, communications, or a related field • Minimum 3+ years’ experience in digital fundraising, ideally within the non-profit sector • Proven success in delivering and optimising digital fundraising campaigns • Strong knowledge of Google and Meta advertising platforms and policies • Excellent understanding of digital marketing tools, fundraising platforms, and analytics • Experience with fundraising software and CRM systems (advantageous) • Strong project management skills and attention to detail ?
