Responsibilities:

•   Process and correctly allocate expense transactions
  
• Work in conjunction with Financial Accountant and Financial Manager to critical assess costs against budgets, design and generate monthly expense reports to enable a better understanding of variances to budget or vs. agreed standards.
  
• Maintain vendor and service provider relationships and implement 3 quote procurement process for expenses.
  
• Develop and implement proactive cost saving programs, timelines and objectives.
  
• Act as a business partner to Senior Management, educating and persuading them on cost imperatives and providing analytical support where necessary.
  
• Prepare optimized business cost budgets annually
  

• Good understanding of accounting and risk management principles.
  
• Excellent organisational skills with an aptitude for synthesize large volumes of data for interpretation.
  
• Ability to design budgets and business reports.
  
• Analytical and detail orientated individual with the highest accuracy standards.
  
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  
• Demonstrated ability to think creatively and hands on approach to solve problems.
  

Requirements

-        Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or similar.

-        Minimum 3 years’ experience within a Finance Department.

-        Advanced Excel skills

-        ERP Accounting systems experience a plus, particularly Syspro.
