A reputable organisation within the financial services/development finance environment is seeking an experienced Compliance Officer.
Key Requirements
LLB degree – essential
Minimum 3 years' experience in a regulatory, legal and compliance environment
Strong regulatory compliance and stakeholder engagement skills
Core KPIs
Monitor applicable legislation and changes in the regulatory environment
Develop and implement compliance monitoring and training programmes
Prepare compliance risk mitigation plans
Liaise with relevant regulatory bodies
Support implementation of organisational policies and complaints procedures
Facilitate compliance and governance reporting
