We’re Hiring: AI Engineer – Microsoft Copilot & Azure AI

Are you passionate about building intelligent agents and scalable Generative AI solutions that solve real business problems?

We are looking for a hands-on AI Engineer with experience across Microsoft Copilot Studio, Azure AI Foundry and Azure OpenAI to design, build and deploy secure, production-ready AI solutions within a complex enterprise environment.

What You’ll Be Doing

*Design and develop AI-powered agents and copilots using Microsoft Copilot Studio
☁️ Build advanced AI solutions and orchestration pipelines using Azure AI Foundry

*Integrate AI solutions with enterprise systems through APIs, connectors and microservices

*Develop and optimise Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines
* Implement multi-step reasoning and agent orchestration workflows
*Deploy AI agents across channels such as Microsoft Teams and Power Platform
*Apply security, governance, compliance and Responsible AI principles
*Monitor and optimise model accuracy, performance, latency and cost
*Mentor team members and contribute to reusable AI frameworks and standards

What We’re Looking For

✅ Hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio
✅ Experience with Azure AI Foundry, Azure AI Studio or Azure OpenAI
✅ Proven experience building and deploying Generative AI, AI agent or conversational AI solutions
✅ Strong understanding of RAG, prompt engineering, model evaluation and tuning
✅ Development experience using Python and REST APIs
✅ Experience integrating AI solutions with SQL, data lakes, APIs or graph databases
✅ Knowledge of GitHub, CI/CD, Azure DevOps and Agile delivery practices
✅ Understanding of Azure security services, including RBAC, managed identities and Key Vault
✅ Strong problem-solving, communication and stakeholder engagement skills

Experience within a banking, financial services or regulated enterprise environment will be advantageous.
