Kendrick Recruitment is seeking a professional, organised and guest-focused Lodge Anchor to join a luxury safari lodge in Sabi Sands, Mpumalanga. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the lodge, maintaining exceptional service standards and creating memorable guest experiences.
Key responsibilities:

Oversee the daily operations of the lodge and ensure all departments run smoothly.

Coordinate guest arrivals, departures and activities to ensure a seamless guest experience.

Maintain high standards of hospitality, service delivery and presentation throughout the lodge.

Liaise with housekeeping, food and beverage, guiding and management teams to ensure effective communication.

Handle guest requests, queries and concerns professionally and efficiently.

Assist with staff supervision, coordination and maintaining operational standards.

Monitor lodge activities and ensure that all guest requirements are met.

Support management with administrative duties and operational reporting where required.
Requirements:

Previous experience in a similar role within a luxury safari lodge or high-end hospitality environment.

Excellent organisational, communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong leadership abilities and the confidence to coordinate different departments.

A professional, hands-on approach with a passion for exceptional guest service.

The ability to work well under pressure and adapt to changing operational demands.

Excellent attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Salary: Negotiable, depending on experience.
