Role Purpose
The Business Analyst is responsible for identifying business needs, analysing processes, and delivering data-driven and technology-enabled solutions that drive operational efficiency and business value. The role acts as a critical bridge between stakeholders, business users, and technology teams to ensure solutions align with strategic objectives

Key Deliverables
- Business Requirements Documents (BRDs)
- Functional Specifications
- Process Models (BPMN, As-Is / To-Be)
- Translator between functional and technical
- Traceability Matrix
- Test Cases and UAT Sign-off
- Stakeholder Reports and Dashboards
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
- Minimum 8–15 years’ experience in business analysis (depending on level)
- Proven track record of delivering successful projects
- Business Requirements Documents (BRDs)
- Write a bit of SQL (Mandatory)
- Translator between functional and technical
- Automotive industry (Advantageous)
