Job Summary
Duties:
Manage the end-to-end warehouse relocation project lifecycle
Coordinate the search, evaluation, and selection of suitable premises
Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets
Coordinate warehouse design, layout planning, and fit-out activities
Manage contractors, suppliers, consultants, and service providers
Oversee health & safety, compliance, and risk management requirements
Coordinate IT, infrastructure, racking, security, and operational readiness
Develop and execute detailed relocation and migration plans
Ensure minimal downtime and operational disruption during the move
Provide regular reporting and updates to management and stakeholders
Requirements:
Relevant qualification in Project Management, Operations, Logistics, Supply Chain or related field
Minimum 5 years’ project management experience
Proven experience managing warehouse relocations, facilities projects or large operational projects
Strong understanding of warehouse and distribution operations
Experience managing contractors and cross-functional stakeholders
Excellent planning, organisational and problem-solving skills
Strong financial and budget management capability
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project planning tools
