Key Responsibilities
Register, assess, and process gap cover claims in line with policy terms and conditions.
Verify documentation, policy details, and underlying insurer responses.

Ensure accurate record‑keeping and claims administration.
Identify claim shortfalls, exclusions, and required supporting documents.

Minimum Requirements
Matric (Grade 12)
RE5 Qualification (essential)
1–2 years’ experience in short‑term insurance (claims or underwriting preferred)
Strong administrative and communication skills
Computer literate (MS Office; experience with claims systems advantageous)
Ability to work accurately under pressure and manage multiple cases
