Job Summary
A modern, well-established Dental Practice in Randburg, Johannesburg, is seeking a friendly, organised, and proactive Dental Receptionist to join their team. This role is ideal for a candidate who enjoys working with people, takes pride in delivering a high standard of service, and thrives in a structured, professional environment.
The successful candidate will be the face of the practice, playing a key role in creating a welcoming and premium patient experience, while ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the front desk.
Minimum Requirements:
- Previous reception/administrative experience (medical or dental experience advantageous)
- Strong computer skills (experience with practice management software is beneficial)
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Professional appearance and demeanour
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a structured environment
- Proactive approach with the ability to take initiative and ownership of tasks
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing the front desk and all patient interactions
- Scheduling appointments and handling patient bookings
- Assisting with administrative duties and practice coordination
- Ensuring a smooth and efficient patient journey
- Maintaining a high standard of professionalism and customer service
