Our client, an established farming operation in P.A. Hamlet, is seeking a dynamic Payroll and Administrative Clerk to join their team.
VERANTWOORDELIKHEDE:
- Verwerking en administrasie van lone.
- Administrasie van dienskontrakte, personeelrekords en ander menslikehulpbronverwante dokumentasie.
- Algemene kantoor- en produksieadministrasie.
- Koördinering van oudits en die monitering van voldoeningsvereistes rakende relevante sertifiserings, standaarde en wetgewing.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Processing and administration of payroll.
- Administration of employment contracts, personnel records, and other human resources-related documentation.
- General office and production administration.
- Coordination of audits and monitoring of compliance requirements relating to relevant certifications, standards, and legislation.
VEREISTES:
- Matrieksertifikaat.
- 'n Relevante tersiêre kwalifikasie.
- Ten minste 3 jaar ondervinding in die landbousektor.
- Werkkennis van VIP.
- Uitstekende rekenaarvaardighede.
- Sterk menseverhoudings.
- Vriendelik, met 'n positiewe ingesteldheid.
- Die vermoë om noukeurig en akkuraat te werk.
- Ervaring met eksterne oudits (GlobalG.A.P., SIZA, ens.).
- Eie vervoer.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Matric Certificate.
- A relevant tertiary qualification.
- At least 3 years' experience in the agricultural sector.
- Working knowledge of VIP.
- Excellent computer skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Friendly, with a positive attitude.
- The ability to work accurately and with attention to detail.
- Experience with external audits (GlobalG.A.P., SIZA, etc.).
- Own transport.
