Requirements
What We’re Looking For
- Proven recruitment experience in aviation, engineering, oil & gas, or other technical sectors.
- Candidates must have recruitment experience for the Africa region.
- Confidence sourcing hard-to-find talent globally,with creative approaches to market mapping and headhunting.
- Ability to manage high-volume recruitment campaigns to tight deadlines.
- Strong understanding of licensing/certification requirements (EASA, GCAA or equivalent is a plus).
