STORE LEADER RETAIL - High-end Luxury - Furnishings & Finishes.
Hazelwood -Pretoria.
SALARY: R 35 000- R 37 000 Neg CTC D.O.E.
Market sector leading supplier of premium-quality High -End décor/textile/fabric, rugs, wallpaper, and homeware, defined by elegance, and serving both local and international markets with refined, design-led interior solutions.
Requirements:
National Senior Certificate
3–5 years of retail sales & store leadership experience.
High integrity with cash handling & store finances.
Passion for interior decor & homeware.
Proficient with POS systems & stock-take management.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive Sales): Hit monthly targets, motivate the team, upsell retail clients, and cross-sell to trade clients.
Operations: Enforce policies, OHSA compliance, and manage beautiful visual merchandising via our Style Guide.
Customer Service: Deliver premium service, resolve queries fast, and manage client profiles.
Stock & Finance: Maintain inventory data integrity, execute stock takes, handle daily cash-ups, and sign off RMS admin.
