Who are we looking for:
A Pre-Sales Consultant, who supports strategic sales and client engagements by aligning technical AIOps related capabilities with business outcomes. The role involves requirement discovery, solution design, tailored demonstrations, proposal development and bid/tender support. The candidate will be instrumental in translating IT operations challenges into unlocking value in AIOps-driven opportunities for enterprise clients.

What will you need:
Essential:
- Minimum 5 - 10 years in a technical pre-sales, solution architecture, or consulting role in IT operations, monitoring, or cloud services
- Strong working knowledge of AIOps platforms (e.g., ScienceLogic, BigPanda, AppD, Moogsoft, LogicMonitor, Dynatrace)
- Demonstrable experience supporting enterprise RFPs/RFIs and writing technical content for tenders and proposals
- Excellent communication skills — both verbal and written — with the ability to present to C-level and technical audiences
- Deep understanding of ITOM, ITSM and monitoring/observability ecosystems
- Familiarity with automation tools (e.g., Ansible, Resolve, Runbook Automation), APIs and cloud-native infrastructure
Preferred Certifications:
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator / Implementation Specialist
- AWS/Azure/GCP Cloud Practitioner or Architect-level certification
- ScienceLogic SL1 Certified Engineer (or equivalent AIOps platform certification)
- ITIL Foundation or above
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related technical discipline (or equivalent experience)
