About the Product Team – Sales Offer and Contracting (SOCo):
The SOCo team provides an intuitive omnichannel vehicle sales and contract validation experience. Our goal is to create one unified, flexible, and secure sales process across brands, markets, and sales models — giving customers a seamless purchasing experience from start to finish.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, analyze, and optimize business processes to enhance efficiency and outcomes.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define and refine business requirements and goals.
- Manage and communicate requirements, ensuring clear documentation and traceability.
- Translate requirements into detailed user stories (JIRA) with acceptance criteria following Agile principles.
- Support the creation and maintenance of business documentation and use cases.
- Identify business risks and opportunities for improvement.
- Ensure business architecture alignment with enterprise standards.
- Contribute to business case development and feasibility analysis.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across functions.
- Promote continuous improvement initiatives within teams and processes.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 10 years’ experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar strategic role.
- Proven track record in leading business transformation initiatives successfully.
