Our client, a reputable brand in the Retail Industry, is seeking enthusiastic, customer-focused Retail Sales Consultants to join their Pretoria East-based stores. The successful candidates will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service, driving sales, and ensuring a positive in‑store experience. This role is ideal for individuals who are target-driven, well-presented, and passionate about retail sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers and provide professional, friendly assistance
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products and solutions
- Consistently achieve and exceed individual sales targets
- Process sales transactions accurately using POS systems
- Promote promotions, specials, and add‑on products
- Maintain excellent product knowledge
- Ensure store displays are neat, stocked, and visually appealing
- Handle customer queries and complaints in a professional manner
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and merchandising standards
- Assist with stock control, receiving, and stock counts when required
Requirements
Minimum Requirements
- Grade 12 / Matric (essential)
- Previous retail sales experience (advantageous, especially in electronics or cellular retail)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven sales ability and customer‑service orientation
- Ability to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays
- Reliable, punctual, and well‑presented
- Residing in or near Pretoria East (advantageous)
