Procurement, Stock & Stores Coordinator

Location: Roodeplaat, Gauteng
Start Date: Immediate
Salary: R15 000 – R17 000 CTC per month (based on experience)

About the Opportunity

Qetello, a specialist recruitment agency, is seeking a Procurement, Stock & Stores Coordinator on behalf of our client — a growing service provider in the HVAC, electrical, and building services industry, working with commercial and industrial clients across South Africa.

This role is ideal for a detail-driven and accountable individual with experience in procurement, BOQ costing, and inventory management. The successful candidate will support key operational functions, including quotation and tender preparation, stock control, and procurement coordination, all within a fast-paced and technical environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate quotation and tender costings
• Compile and cost BOQs and tender pricing schedules
• Liaise with suppliers regarding pricing, availability, lead times, and product compatibility
• Prepare and process Purchase Request Forms (PRFs) with comparative quotes
• Receive, inspect, bin, and issue stock accurately
• Create job-specific stock bins for installation and service teams
• Track material usage per project and monitor it against budgets
• Maintain accurate records and updates using the QuoteIT system
• Assist with tool control, vehicle inspections, and company asset tracking

Minimum Requirements

• Matric / Grade 12 (Essential)
• 2–4 years experience in procurement, stock control, or stores environment
• Proven experience in BOQ costing and tender pricing (Required)
• Strong numerical ability and proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Experience in the HVAC or building services industry (Advantageous)
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail and accountability

Remuneration & Employment Terms

• Starting Salary: R15 000 – R17 000 CTC per month
• Subject to a probationary period of up to 6 months
• Performance review after 3–6 months
• Salary adjustments based on performance and business needs
