This 9-month mission in Pretoria puts you right at the heart of a serious modernisation drive.

- Process Engineering & Optimization
- Digital Transformation & Modernisation Change Agent
- Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) participation
- Governance, Risk & Compliance
- Stakeholder & Change Enablement
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering (BEng / BSc / BTech) – Mandatory
- Postgraduate qualification in Engineering, Information Systems, or Business (advantageous)
Requirements
- 8+ years of relevant experience
- Process Engineering
- Continuous Improvement
- Digital transformation
- System modernisation
- IT / Software Development environments
- Change Management
- Proven experience working within software development or IT delivery teams
- Demonstrated exposure to digital transformation or system modernisation initiatives
- Experience in regulated, large-scale, or enterprise environments (advantageous)
