Job Summary
Minimum of 10 years' Press Shop experience, including press technology for car body surface and structural components, particularly high-tonnage mechanical presses.
Minimum of 10 years' supervisory experience within the Tier 1 automotive industry.
Minimum of 2 years' experience in tool and jig manufacturing or maintenance.
Minimum of 5 years' experience engaging with and managing demanding OEM customers.
Knowledge of new project management, particularly tool approval and commissioning processes.
Demonstrated experience across all core operational functions, including Planning, Logistics, Quality, Production, Maintenance, and Process Engineering.
A lean mindset with a strong focus on efficiency and continuous improvement.
