About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior SAP Functional Consultant to join our dynamic IT team. This role will focus on SAP Payroll & Benefits, including payroll accounting, compensation and benefits management, and company pension schemes. The successful candidate will ensure accurate payroll results in line with statutory, collective, and company agreements, while providing functional and operational support to business teams across multiple countries.
Key Responsibilities:
Essential Skills:
· Expertise in SAP Payroll operations and configuration (Schemas/Rules, wage types, customizing).
· Strong knowledge of SAP HCM modules (PA/OM/PT).
· Proficient understanding of payroll processes and best practices.
· Excellent attention to detail with a focus on quality and accuracy.
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively in a team.
Advantageous Skills:
· SAP technical experience (forms, printing solutions, RFCs).
· Familiarity with ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira).
· Knowledge of ITIL processes.
· Experience in multinational environments.
· Exposure to company pension administration.
· Knowledge of US-specific payroll requirements is a bonus.
Qualifications & Experience:
· SAP HCM certification.
· Minimum of 6 years of experience in SAP HCM Payroll operations, support, or development.
