Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day IT support to clients, including desktop support, application troubleshooting, and network configuration.
- Set up and maintain firewalls, routers, switches, and wireless networks.
- Support email systems, including setup and troubleshooting of email protocols (SPF, DKIM, DMARC).
- Assist with vulnerability scans and support the documentation and follow-up of findings.
- Contribute to cloud platform support (e.g., Microsoft 365), including backups, user management, and basic security settings.
- Respond to client support requests via phone, email, or chat with professionalism and a solution-focused mindset.
- Participate in client meetings and team discussions to support technical needs and deliverables.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of IT incidents, resolutions, and project work.
- Follow company processes and policies, ensuring excellent service delivery and client satisfaction.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of general IT support experience, with strong hands-on knowledge across hardware, software, and networking.
- Proven troubleshooting skills in desktop support, networking, and basic server environments.
- Working knowledge of cybersecurity concepts (e.g., firewalls, email security, antivirus tools).
- Experience with Microsoft 365, Windows environments, and basic cloud support.
- Exposure to or interest in tools such as vulnerability scanners, backup systems, and remote monitoring tools.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritise, and work under pressure.
- Strong documentation and organisational skills.
