Job Summary
We are seeking a Senior Full Stack Developer to join a DevOps team responsible for building and maintaining enterprise-scale business applications. The role involves end-to-end development across backend and frontend layers, close collaboration with business stakeholders, and active participation in an Agile delivery environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and maintain full stack applications using modern frameworks
- Work as part of a DevOps team delivering and supporting critical production systems
- Provide operational support for existing solutions, including participation in after-hours and standby rotations
- Collaborate with end users and stakeholders to understand and translate business requirements
- Participate in Agile ceremonies, including planning, refinement, reviews, and retrospectives
- Contribute to estimation, refinement, and sizing of user stories
- Ensure solutions meet quality, security, and performance standards
- Identify risks and impediments and proactively resolve or escalate them
- Review and present technical solutions to Product Owners and stakeholders
- Produce and maintain technical and system documentation
- Share knowledge and best practices across teams
Requirements
Essential Skills & Experience
- Backend Development: Java Spring Boot
- Frontend Development: Angular (TypeScript & JavaScript)
- Messaging: Kafka and JMS (MQ)
- Databases: SQL (Oracle and PostgreSQL)
- Cloud: AWS infrastructure
- Strong full stack development experience
- Experience working in an Agile/DevOps environment

- RESTful and SOAP web services
- Microservices design and development
- Git and GitHub
- CI/CD pipelines
- Maven and Docker
- Jira and Confluence
- Unit and integration testing
- Experience implementing and monitoring production solutions
Qualifications
- IT Degree or Diploma (or equivalent experience)
- 6–10 years Java (Spring) development experience
- Proven experience delivering and supporting enterprise applications
