Job Summary
Content and Campaign Manager The Content and Campaign Officer creates and delivers content and campaigns. This role is the primary driver of social media presence, content production, design output and campaign implementation across all three entities; working within strategies set and approved by the Brand and Media Manager. It suits someone who can move fluidly between a luxury safari lodge, an elephant conservation organisation; and a bespoke experience brand — adjusting tone and craft for each, while keeping the work consistent, considered and on time. Key Responsibility Areas Social Media Content and Management Develop and manage content calendars for all three entities, in alignment with the Brand and Media Manager. Create and publish posts, reels, stories and video content across active platforms, maintaining consistent brand voice and visual standards. Balance content output across all three brands, and monitor comments and messages during a rostered four-hour weekend duty once a month. Flag platform trends, algorithm changes and content opportunities proactively. Design Execute design work per the creative schedule and ad-hoc requests, across digital and print. Produce newsletters, flyers, brochures, reports, collateral, menus and certificates across all three brands. Maintain visual consistency in line with each brand's identity and approved guidelines. Newsletters; Blogs and Email Marketing Write; design and distribute newsletters end-to-end, including formatting, imagery and scheduling. Manage contact databases on Constant Contact and Brevo, including list updates and segmentation. Write; design and publish blog content, including campaign pieces and evergreen articles, meeting SEO and brand standards. Video; Campaigns and Events Plan; edit and publish video content for YouTube and social media, from long-form to reels and event footage. Support the planning and execution of campaigns and events, including content, scheduling and post-campaign wrap-up. Manage online and offline campaign materials, and coordinate with relevant team members on merchandise and event needs. Website & Asset Management Update website content across all three entities and flag errors, broken links or content gaps. Maintain organised content and asset libraries across Google Drive and Dropbox, with dedicated admin time set aside weekly. Support marketing initiatives such as school and university collaborations and community engagement, updating related presentations and materials. What We're Looking For Qualification and Experience A diploma or degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, Journalism or a related field, or equivalent demonstrable experience. 2–4 years' experience in social media management, content creation or digital marketing, ideally within hospitality, tourism, conservation or another purpose-driven brand. A portfolio or work samples showing social media content, design and/or copywriting across different tones and platforms. Skills Strong writing ability, able to shift comfortably between a luxury hospitality voice and a compassionate conservation voice. Proficiency in design tools such as Canva and/or Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro). Working knowledge of Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube and email marketing platforms (Constant Contact, Brevo or similar). Video editing and reels production skills. Understanding of SEO fundamentals for blog and website content. Comfortable managing multiple brands, calendars and priorities at once. Personal Attributes A strong creative eye with close attention to brand consistency and detail. Well organised and able to work independently within an agreed framework. A genuine interest in conservation, elephant welfare and/or luxury hospitality storytelling. Calm under pressure, with the initiative to raise concerns and escalate blockers early. A collaborative team player, comfortable liaising across departments and with external partners. Willing and able to work the rostered monthly weekend social media duty. Please Note - While all applications are valuable, we’ll reach out directly to candidates who best meet the client’s requirements.
