Our client is looking for an experienced Dispatch Manager who thrives on organisation, problem-solving, and getting the job done.
In this role, you'll be responsible for leading dispatch operations, managing delivery schedules, coordinating fleet movements, ensuring customer deliveries are on time, and driving a high-performance team within a fast-paced FMCG environment.
We are looking for someone who:
? Has FMCG dispatch, distribution, or logistics management experience
? Can lead teams with confidence and accountability
? Knows how to manage pressure without compromising service levels
? Takes ownership and doesn't wait for problems to find solutions
? Loves the challenge of a busy operational environment
