We are looking for a high‑performance individual with a proven track record in driving used‑car sales, leading a motivated team, and delivering exceptional customer experiences. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership skills and deep industry knowledge, particularly within the Toyota brand.
Key Responsibilities Include
- Lead, mentor, and manage the used‑car sales team
- Drive sales performance and ensure achievement of monthly targets
- Oversee stock management, pricing, and merchandising of used vehicles
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and retention
- Ensure compliance with dealership standards and processes
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and market share
Requirements
Minimum Requirements
- Matric / Grade 12 (essential)
- At least 5 years of experience managing or leading a used‑vehicle sales team
- Toyota brand experience is essential
- Strong leadership, coaching, and team‑development capabilities
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets
- Excellent negotiation and customer‑relationship skills
- Valid driver’s license
- Professional, energetic, and target‑driven approach
- Billingual in Afrikaans and English
