Requirements:
- Matric

Responsibilities (include but are not limited to):
Branch Operations and Supervision
- Oversee branch operations in the absence of the Retail Branch Manager
- Supervise and support sales staff
- Ensure staff are trained on products and systems
- Maintain a clean, organised, and well-stocked store
- Monitor stock levels and communicate shortages
- Assist with stock takes and cycle counts
- Manage IBTs and stock reconciliations
- Ensure compliance with operational procedures and health and safety standards
Customer Service
- Greet and assist customers in-store
- Provide product advice and recommendations
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally
- Process refunds with authorisation
- Demonstrate product usage and provide product information
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
Sales
- Drive sales performance and achieve branch targets
- Manage existing and new customer accounts
- Handle quotations and sales orders
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Promote products and grow the customer base
- Minimise lost sales opportunities
- Maintain merchandising displays
Administration
- Manage back orders and communicate ETAs
- Monitor quotations and sales processing
- Assist with debtor and creditor functions
- Process GRVs, GRNs, invoices, and credit notes
- Ensure accurate cash-ups and financial controls
- Maintain asset register and documentation
- Handle IBTs and delivery notes
- Submit required documents to Head Office
- Manage stationery and general office requirements
- Maintain attendance registers and assist with HR admin
- Perform general administrative duties and filing
