Sales Manager – Solar Industry
A well-established solar company is seeking an experienced and driven Sales Manager to lead and grow our sales division.
Minimum Requirements:
- Proven experience in a sales management role
- Previous experience within the solar, renewable energy, electrical, or related industry preferred
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- Valid driver’s license and own reliable vehicle essential
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship skills
- Target driven with a strong business development mindset
- Computer literate and able to compile sales reports
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and motivate the sales team to achieve targets
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies
- Identify and secure new business opportunities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key accounts
- Monitor sales performance and prepare management reports
- Assist with quotations, large projects, and customer solutions
- Ensure excellent customer service and after-sales support
