We Are Hiring: Recruitment Specialist (Bulk Recruitment)
We are looking for an experienced and energetic Recruiter to join our team and manage high-volume recruitment projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end bulk recruitment processes
- Source, screen, and shortlist large volumes of candidates
- Coordinate interviews and assessments
- Build and maintain candidate databases
- Meet recruitment targets within tight deadlines
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the process
Requirements:
- Matric and relevant tertiary qualification essential
- Certificate in human resources/business administration/ Labour Relations from a reputable training providers will be an advantage.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in recruitment, particularly in Industrial or distribution centre environments.

- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in MS Office and recruitment platforms
