Job Summary
Our client, a well-established organisation operating within the financial services industry, is seeking to employ a Digital Content and Communications Producer to join their Marketing team based in Port Elizabeth / Gqeberha.
The successful candidate will take ownership of the organisation’s digital communication and content production function, ensuring the consistent execution, publishing, and management of video, audio, written, and digital communication content across multiple platforms. This role is ideally suited to a highly organised and creative individual who enjoys structured execution, workflow management, and continuous improvement.

Requirements:
- Relevant qualification in Marketing, Media, Communications, Digital Content, Multimedia, Journalism, or related field
- Graduate or early career candidate
- Portfolio of relevant work advantageous
- Experience with video and audio editing software (DaVinci Resolve preferred)
- Familiarity with AI content generation and repurposing tools
- Basic graphic design and template editing capability
- Strong organisational and administrative skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to manage multiple workflows and deadlines
- Reliable, proactive, and adaptable
- Financial services industry experience advantageous but not essential
Responsibilities:
Digital Communication Management
- Manage and maintain the company’s digital communication platform
- Execute structured communication journeys for clients, prospects, staff, and stakeholders
- Maintain audience segmentation and communication lists
- Monitor communication engagement metrics and reporting
- Support event communication including invitations, RSVP management, and audience targeting
- Ensure consistent communication execution across all digital channels
Content Production
- Record, edit, and produce video and audio content
- Produce long-form videos, short-form clips, summaries, and digital media content
- Ensure professional, consistent, and brand-aligned outputs
- Apply branded templates, captions, lower thirds, overlays, and simple graphics
Content Repurposing and Publishing
- Use AI tools to convert recordings into articles, summaries, captions, and snippets
- Prepare and format content for website, email, LinkedIn, YouTube, and social media platforms
- Publish and schedule content across all digital channels
- Manage the weekly email newsletter and communication schedule
Workflow and Content Operations
- Maintain and manage the content calendar
- Ensure publishing consistency and workflow discipline
- Maintain structured digital content libraries and archives
- Assist in developing and improving internal content processes and playbooks
- Support advisors and internal stakeholders with distribution packs and publishing resources
