Conduct morning and late afternoon/evening game drives for guests
Provide informative and engaging wildlife interpretations
Ensure the safety of guests always during activities
Prepare vehicles before drives and wash/clean vehicles after use
Assist with hot box preparation and drive refreshments
Maintain guiding equipment and vehicles in good condition
Assist with general lodge duties when required
Uphold high standards of hospitality and guest service
Valid Field Guide qualification (NQF 2)
NQF 4 and Trails guide qualification advantageous - Min 3 years experience
Valid driver’s license and PDP
First Aid certification
Strong knowledge of wildlife, ecology, and conservation
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Professional, well-presented, and guest-focused
Ability to work long hours in outdoor conditions
Leadership role with the team, team player with a positive attitude
Passion for wildlife and conservation
Energetic and enthusiastic personality
Responsible and safety-conscious
Excellent storytelling and guest engagement skills
