This position suits someone proactive, adaptable, and comfortable balancing administrative tasks with hands-on operational involvement in a natural, fast-paced safari setting. Job Description & Requirements Coordinate ordering, receiving, storage, and distribution of lodge supplies across all departments Monitor stock levels, conduct regular stock takes, manage variances, and maintain accurate inventory records Liaise with approved suppliers, drivers, and service providers to ensure timely and cost-effective deliveries Support kitchen and housekeeping logistics to maintain consistent luxury service and presentation standards Assist management with daily operational planning, reporting, and logistical problem-solving Maintain vehicle usage records and assist with fuel, supply, and transport planning where required Ensure compliance with health, safety, hygiene, and lodge operational procedures at all times Previous experience in a lodge, hospitality, or logistics coordination role is essential Strong organisational, time-management, and written and verbal communication skills High level of accuracy, accountability, and attention to detail under pressure Ability to work independently in a remote, live-in environment with limited supervision Proficiency in basic administrative systems, stock control, and reporting tools Passion for hospitality, conservation, teamwork, and delivering exceptional guest service Package Salary: R10 000 per month Live-in
