Own Vehicle Required Kendrick Recruitment is seeking a qualified and experienced Front of House / Reservationist & PA to MD to join a prestigious 5-star lodge located in Northern KwaZulu-Natal, Pongola. This is a fantastic opportunity for a well-rounded hospitality professional with strong front office and administrative experience to join a luxury lodge environment. ? BRIEF DESCRIPTION: A 5-star lodge in Northern KZN is looking to appoint a qualified and experienced Reservationist & PA to the Managing Director. The ideal candidate will be responsible for front office operations, reservations, guest relations, and administrative support within a luxury hospitality setting. ? KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: • Manage reservations and front office duties efficiently • Handle guest correspondence, invoicing, and reservations administration • Oversee check-ins and check-outs of guests • Ensure accurate guest billing and account management • Assist with general office administration and PA duties to the MD • Coordinate guest activities, excursions, and special requests • Maintain strong guest relations and high service standards • Support operational departments where required • Ensure reception area is always professional, welcoming, and organised ? SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED: • 1–2 years’ experience in the lodge or hospitality industry essential • Well-presented with excellent communication skills • Experience in front office and guest relations duties • Strong reservations, correspondence, and invoicing experience • Highly organised, responsible, and self-motivated • Ability to work in a fast-paced luxury lodge environment • Previous experience in a 5-star establishment in a similar role advantageous • Strong attention to detail and administrative accuracy • Proficient with reservation systems (advantageous) • Own vehicle required • Live-in position ?
