Professional Construction Project Manager (Pr.CPM / Pr.CM)

We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established consulting firm with a strong presence across South Africa, delivering infrastructure and public sector projects.
Only professionally registered candidates will be considered.
Minimum Requirements:
- Professional registration with South African Council for the Project and Construction Management Professions (Pr.CPM or Pr.CM – non-negotiable)
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or Quantity Surveying
- Minimum 3+ years’ experience in infrastructure development projects
- Proven experience within a consulting / professional services environment
- Strong knowledge of construction regulations, standards and compliance
- Solid project management and report writing skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Planning, coordination and delivery of construction and infrastructure projects
- Assisting with project specifications, feasibility studies and technical reports
- Managing client relationships and ensuring project satisfaction
- Monitoring contractors and on-site execution
- Ensuring projects are delivered within scope, time and quality standards
These roles require professionals who can operate in structured, regulated environments — registration is not negotiable.
