Where You'll Make an Impact:
Process monthly payroll accurately for approximately 250 employees, ensuring timely delivery.
Maintain employee payroll and HR records in compliance with statutory requirements.
Handle payroll adjustments such as leave, overtime, deductions, and allowances.
Prepare payroll reports and assist with internal and external audits.
Liaise with payroll service providers and statutory bodies to ensure compliance.
Support onboarding processes, employee documentation, and employment contract coordination.
Assist with recruitment administration, including interview scheduling and reference checks.
Provide general HR reporting and maintain HR compliance documentation.
Offer administrative support to senior management, managing diaries, correspondence, and meetings.
Arrange travel, accommodation, and meeting logistics as needed.
Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
Requirements:
3 to 5 years of experience in Human Resources Administration and Payroll Administration.
Proven ability in processing payroll and maintaining HR records.
Strong understanding of South African payroll legislation, including BCEA, PAYE, UIF, and SDL.
Excellent organizational and administrative skills.
Proficiency with HR and payroll software.
Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
