Job Summary
A growing luxury hospitality group is seeking a commercially driven Sales & Marketing Manager to lead revenue growth across a portfolio of premium Southern African properties.
This is a hands-on, sales-focused role suited to a confident professional with an established network in the luxury travel and corporate markets.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Drive new business across corporate and leisure markets
- Build and manage relationships with travel agents, tour operators, and corporate clients
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets
- Prepare and present proposals to senior stakeholders (including C-suite)
- Manage and grow existing accounts
- Collaborate with external agencies on marketing campaigns and brand alignment
- Represent the brand at trade shows, networking events, and client engagements
- Monitor market trends and report on sales performance
KEY FOCUS:
Strong emphasis on corporate business development, including:
- Executive retreats and offsites
- Incentive travel programmes
- Corporate hospitality and group experiences
REQUIREMENTS:
- Proven experience in luxury travel / hospitality sales
- Established network within the luxury travel trade and/or corporate sector
- Experience engaging with senior decision-makers
- Strong commercial, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and proactive
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Willingness to travel
ADVANTAGEOUS:
- International market exposure (UK, Europe, USA, Australasia)
- Experience with safari, wine, or boutique hospitality environments
- Trade show and industry event experience
