Job Summary
A growing operational business is seeking a highly organised Contract & Lease Manager to take ownership of all company contracts and lease agreements.
This role will focus on maintaining accurate contract records, tracking renewals and obligations, monitoring financial terms, ensuring compliance, and supporting audits and reporting. You will work closely with Finance, Operations and management to implement proper controls and improve structure.
This is a hands-on role suited to someone detail-driven who enjoys bringing order and structure to a fast-moving environment.
Requirements:
- 5+ years experience in contracts/leases/commercial admin
- Strong administration and compliance skills
- Experience tracking payments, renewals and obligations
- Highly organised and process-driven
- Legal qualification advantageous
