Our FMCG client is seeking a skilled HR Officer with experience in the FMCG Food Manufacturing sector. The successful candidate will manage the full employee lifecycle from recruitment to termination, ensuring complete regulatory compliance while fostering a positive workplace culture. Key responsibilities include managing employee relations, overseeing payroll administration, and driving the development and implementation of robust HR policies.
Salary: Market Related CTC
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- 5+ years of relevant HR experience within the FMCG, food manufacturing, or a highly similar sector.
- Deep knowledge of HR policies, procedural frameworks, and local labor legislation.
- Software Proficiency: Practical experience with HR systems like SAGE VIP and Workday is highly advantageous.
- Fast-Paced Environment: Proven capability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic FMCG production setting.
- Retail and Distribution: A strong understanding of retail and distribution operations within the FMCG footprint is beneficial.
- Supply Chain: Familiarity with supply chain dynamics and specific workforce structures in manufacturing environments is required.
- Recruitment & Hiring: Oversee end-to-end recruitment, from job postings to interviews and final job offers.
- Employee Relations: Address staff inquiries, resolve grievances, and execute formal disciplinary procedures.
- Payroll & Records: Ensure accurate monthly payroll processing and maintain secure employee files.
- Training & Onboarding: Plan, deliver, and coordinate training programs alongside new-hire onboarding.
- Policy & Compliance: Develop, implement, and audit corporate HR policies to ensure strict alignment with labor laws.
- Performance & Succession: Coordinate performance appraisal systems and support proactive leadership pipeline planning.
- Culture & Engagement: Drive employee engagement through recognition awards and team-building initiatives.
- HR Data Reporting: Compile and analyze key metrics reports, including recruitment, turnover, and training data.
