Minimum Requirements: • Proven experience in stock control, inventory management, or warehouse operations • Strong organisational and administrative skills • Excellent numerical and data accuracy skills • Experience with stock management systems and Microsoft Excel • Knowledge of warehouse, storage, and logistics procedures • Ability to work independently and maintain high levels of accuracy • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities • Reliable, disciplined, and proactive Key Responsibilities: • Monitor, track, and manage stock levels across the vineyard and cellar • Conduct regular stocktakes and reconcile physical stock with system records • Ensure accurate recording of stock movements, deliveries, and usage • Collaborate with production, sales, and logistics teams to forecast and manage inventory requirements • Maintain proper storage conditions and organise stock according to best practices • Identify and report discrepancies, shortages, or overstock situations • Assist with procurement and stock ordering to maintain operational efficiency • Prepare regular reports for management on stock levels, movements, and trends Salary: Negotiable DOE This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-driven professional to play a key role in managing inventory and ensuring operational efficiency at a prestigious vineyard in Paarl.
