Joubert and Associates (Pty) Ltd is a specialist HR services and OD consultancy firm based in the heart of the Western Cape, Paarl. We currently have an exciting career opportunity for a dynamic and energetic person to join our well-established firm of HR Practitioners.
The successful incumbent will deliver professional HR services to various clients (Western Cape and nationally) on a consultancy basis. Key performance areas will include the following:
- Organisational Development
- Talent Management
- Labour Relations
- HR Policies and Procedures
- Compliance (EE, WSP/ATR)
- Remuneration
- Performance Management
- Coaching and Mentoring
- Career Counselling
- Training and Development
- General Business Consulting
Requirements:
- Relevant tertiary qualification (e.g. Honours degree in Human Resource Management / Industrial Psychology, while a Master’s degree in Industrial Psychology and professional registration with the HPCSA will be beneficial)
- Previous experience in an HR role will strengthen the application
- Exceptional bilingual communication and interpersonal (consulting) skills
- Above average writing skills (English and Afrikaans)
- Excellent project management skills
- High attention to detail
- Driver’s licence & own transport
