Kendrick Recruitment is seeking professional and enthusiastic Front of House (FOH) staff to join a luxury restaurant in Paarl. We are looking for Front Office staff, Sommeliers, Waiters, and Floor Supervisors who are passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences in a high-end dining environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome guests, providing attentive and personalised service
Take orders, serve food and beverages, and ensure timely delivery
Maintain high standards of table presentation and cleanliness
Handle guest queries and concerns professionally and efficiently
Assist with reservations, seating, and service flow management
Collaborate with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth service operations
Adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene regulations
Requirements & Skills:
Previous FOH experience in a luxury restaurant or high-end hospitality setting preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Professional, guest-focused, and approachable manner
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays
Team player with a proactive attitude and reliability
