Job Summary
A well-established dental practice in Oudtshoorn, located in the heart of the Klein Karoo, Western Cape, is seeking a motivated and patient-focused Dentist to join its team as soon as possible. This opportunity offers long-term career growth, including the potential to buy into the practice after three years.
The successful candidate will provide comprehensive general dentistry services while building strong relationships with patients and contributing to the continued success of the practice.
Requirements
- Relevant Dental qualification
- Current HPCSA registration
- Strong clinical and communication skills
- Passion for delivering high-quality patient care
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Commitment to long-term practice growth
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00 – 17:00
Remuneration
- R60,000 per month for the first 3 months
- Thereafter:
- Monthly production of R1 – R200,000: 40% commission
- Monthly production of R201,000 – R250,000: 45% commission
- Monthly production of R251,000+: 50% commission
Commission is calculated exclusive of VAT, laboratory costs (other than the candidate's own laboratory fees), products sold, and treatment costs such as teeth whitening materials.
