Beautiful Lodge in the Heart of Zululand is seeking a FOH/Junior Assistant Lodge Manager.Job Description:
Admin
Reservations/ Weekends/ Public Holidays
Overseeing lodge as a whole
Procurement of lodge supplies
Staff Rosters
Room checks
Check in and out
Guest relations
This would be the main focus area, with other duties in their scope as needed.
Benefits
Salary between R10k to R12K depending on experience.
Live in Accommodation supplied, limited furnishings, food at own cost. Uniform supplied.
23 days on 7 days off with 15 annual days after 1st year.
3 month compulsory probation, after 3 months a compulsory deduction for RA with 2% employer contribution and 6% employee contribution.
