??? ??????????? ??????????? is partnering with a purpose-driven luxury hospitality and conservation reserve in the Northern Cape to recruit an experienced ?? ???????. This property-based operational role sits at the centre of the HR function, spanning recruitment and onboarding, skills development, performance and reward, employee relations, wellness, and payroll, with input into the policies that underpin good HR governance. Day to day, the successful candidate will lead end-to-end hiring and induction, champion local hiring and development initiatives, keep training and statutory skills reporting on track, run performance and remuneration cycles, and help resolve workplace issues fairly across a culturally diverse team. The role also carries accountability for compliance with South African labour law and relevant industry standards and offers the chance to help shape a values-led, people-first culture in one of Africa’s most striking wilderness settings. Requirements • A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Industrial Psychology, or a related field. • Minimum of five years’ HR experience within the hospitality sector. • A sound understanding of South African labour laws and best practice. • Strong interpersonal, communication, and conflict resolution skills. • Cultural sensitivity and experience working with diverse teams. • High integrity, discretion, and a commitment to ethical practice. • Flexibility, adaptability, and resilience in remote or challenging settings. • Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills. • Comfortable living in a remote location • Stable employment history and contactable references Salary – On application ?PLEASE NOTE – Although we appreciate all applications received, we will only reply to those candidates who have the background and experience required.
