This role is perfectly suited to someone who can support the Executive Chef, take initiative in the kitchen, and ensure high-quality food is delivered consistently, while maintaining the highest standards of hygiene and presentation. ? Key Responsibilities • Assist the Executive Chef in planning, preparing, and delivering all meals • Ensure consistent quality, presentation, and portion control • Supervise and train kitchen staff, fostering a collaborative and motivated team • Manage inventory, stock control, and kitchen ordering • Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety • Contribute to menu planning, seasonal specials, and dietary requirements • Support smooth daily kitchen operations and resolve any challenges promptly ? Requirements • Previous experience in a similar role within a luxury lodge, hotel, or high-end restaurant • Strong leadership skills with a hands-on approach in the kitchen • Excellent organisational and communication abilities • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks • Creativity and attention to detail in food preparation and presentation • Professionalism with a guest-focused approach • Ability to thrive in a remote, live-in environment ?
