Management Couple – 5-Star Boutique Lodge - Northwest Province, South Africa We are seeking a professional, experienced management couple to take on the leadership of a newly refurbished 5-star boutique lodge located in the Northwest Province of South Africa. This is a live-in, full-time position ideal for a couple with complementary strengths across guest services, back-of-house operations, guiding, reservations, and wellness/spa. Responsibilities -Lodge General Manager / Guest Experience -Oversee daily operations of guest-facing departments -Reservations; bookings, guest check-in/out, concierge services -Lead front-of-house team to deliver exceptional 5-star service -Manage online platforms, OTA listings, rate strategy, and guest reviews -Spa & wellness coordination (spa experience beneficial) -Ensure readiness for post-refurbishment reopening -Operations / Guiding / Maintenance) -Guiding activities (must have valid guiding qualifications: FGASA Level 1+, valid PDP, First Aid) -Oversee grounds, infrastructure, vehicles, and basic maintenance -Stock control, supplier management, logistics -Support in staff scheduling, security, SOP development -Back-of-house finance management, budgeting, payroll support Requirements (Combined as a Couple) -Minimum 3–5 years of experience managing or co-managing a 5-star lodge or boutique hospitality property -Strong administrative and financial acumen -Experience in reservations and booking systems -At least one partner must have valid guiding qualifications and the ability to lead guest activities -Spa or wellness experience is highly beneficial (certification not mandatory but preferred) -Proven experience managing staff teams, recruitment, and training -Computer literate – Office, cloud systems, POS/PMS -Strong interpersonal and communication skills -High attention to detail and guest experience If you are interested, please apply to Ilze@ Apply Below
