Job Requirements & Description Manage the daily operations of the lodge. Ensure exceptional guest service and guest satisfaction. Prepare high-quality meals for guests. Oversee housekeeping and lodge presentation standards. Manage staff schedules and daily team coordination. Handle guest check-ins and check-outs. Monitor stock levels and place orders when required. Maintain food safety and hygiene standards. Assist with administrative and reporting duties. Ensure smooth operation of all lodge facilities. Previous lodge, hotel, guest house, or hospitality management experience. Strong cooking and menu-planning abilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and in a remote environment. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills. Valid driver's licence advantageous.
